Extremely pleased

I saw a driveway in Chelmsford that had tarmac laid by Link Paving and spoke to the home owner who was very pleased with the result. It did look very smart with high attention to detail paid all round, especially with the brick edging. I rang and booked a visit by the owner who arrived bang on time and smartly presented. We agreed a price and within two days he and his team arrived early to start work; and boy did they work!
Removing existing grass, soil, concrete, and paving slabs they did not let up until all work was completed. Next came the brick edging, then the Type 1 substrate which was compacted down very hard.
Next can the tarmac which was laid with care and professionally, with each worker had their specific job ensuring a great finish was achieved. All the time the work was being conducted the owner was walking about checking EVERY single detail was correct.
I cannot stress how polite and professional everyone was. I am thoroughly delighted with the result and cannot recommend Links Paving highly enough.

making design decisions was constructive for our needs and throughout the work help was given with additional requirements.

Superb Job

Initially I planned to do my drive myself at weekends and summer evenings. I even bought a kango and wacker plate with a planned window of time of 4-6months as its a big area. Instead, having seen their work and advert board locally I called to gain a quote. Within 5 days not only was all of the ground cleared it was also fully block paved. The team were very polite, tidy and probably some of the hardest workers I have dealt with in a very long time. David made sure that everything was as I requested and kept me updated each day. The finished job is way better than I could ever deliver in a fraction of the time. I can happily recommend David and Links Paving. Great Job Guys!!!!
